What does Contractors All Risks insurance cover?
Contract Works
All risks cover for damage to permanent works, temporary works, and free issue materials.
Including whilst in transit to/from the contract site, at the contract site until completed or taken into use, and during the maintenance or defects liability period for a period of up to 12 months after practical completion.
Owned Plant & Machinery
This covers the loss of, or damage to:
- owned plant and machinery,
- as well as temporary buildings,
whilst in use, in transit or in storage.
Hired In Plant
Covers your legal liability for:
- loss or damage to the hired-in plant
- continuing hire charges as a result of this loss or damage.
Employee Tools
