The Role

As a Life & Pensions Administrator, you will provide essential administrative support to our Financial Advisors across a range of pension and investment products.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new business applications from submission to issue.
• Manage compliance‑related administration and maintain audit‑ready files.
• Liaise with providers and clients to progress applications and resolve queries.
• Schedule advisor appointments and coordinate the client review process.
• Prepare comprehensive client packs and documentation ahead of meetings.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records within the CRM system.
• Support the sales team with marketing campaigns and follow‑ups.

About You (Desirable Criteria)

• QFA certified (required).
• 2+ years’ experience within a brokerage or pension/investment provider environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident client liaison.
• Strong IT skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and BIS database system (or similar CRM).
• High attention to detail, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise in a busy team.
